Pre-design lays the groundwork and assesses feasibility; conceptual design refines the ideas that set the project direction — developed together through regular design meetings and virtual reality sessions.

design development & documentation.
The design is refined and technically resolved, then documented for construction — architectural drawings coordinated with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering.

permit acquisition.
We navigate the regulatory landscape and secure the approvals that authorize construction — so the project proceeds in full compliance, without surprises.

construction administration.
