The Wise Residence is an extensive remodel in Wilton Manors, reimagined in a modern language built from natural materials. A restrained palette — white stucco, charcoal cladding, and warm wood — gives the house a calm, contemporary presence in its tropical setting.

The design carries the same material logic from the street to the threshold: a deep wood-lined soffit shades the entry, while layered landscaping softens the geometry and ties the architecture back to its garden.
